NETeller Improving Chances With New Counsel

With the heat that the Department of Justice is applying on NETeller, the e-Wallet is bringing in the big guns.

According to a report in Legal Week, NETeller has enlisted the services of Clifford Chance—considered the world's biggest law firm.

The law firm has teams in both New York and the U.K. working on the NETeller-U.S. DoJ case.

John Carroll and Warren Feldman will be NETeller's counsel stateside; David Lewis and Jenine Hulsmann will do the same in the U.K.

CC enforcement head Carlos Conceicao will counsel the third party payment company in regards to the Financial Services Authority.
